How do I échange an item if I'm not satisfied ?

If the item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Make sure the item is unworn and in its original packaging, as delivered. To initiate an exchange, contact our customer service by email with a photo of the product received and its packaging. Once your return is received and verified, we will exchange it for another item of the same amount as your original purchase.

How soon will I receive my package ?

Your package will be dispatched within 48 working hours of order confirmation. Delivery in mainland France generally takes 2 to 5 working days via Lettre suivie or Colissimo, depending on the weight of the parcel. For international deliveries, delivery times can vary from 5 to 10 working days depending on the destination country. You will receive a tracking number by e-mail to follow the progress of your parcel in real time.
